Sneaky
Hello sunshines!
Great news! It’s cooler out today. In fact, it’s a perfect 80 degrees and sunny. Finally!
To top off my good mood about the weather, I already squeezed in a killer workout this morning. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been going to a Power Hour class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I think this morning marked my seventh class (or so), and I can already feel my body getting stronger. It’s fun to challenge myself with new moves and weights.
Then I walked on the treadmill for a half and hour and tried to remember new zumba dances. I’m breaking out Shakira’s “Waka Waka” tonight, and I’m excited. It’s a really cute song, and it’s being used by 1Goal to help provide education for children around the world.
I probably listened to the song 18 times last night as I made dinner.
There’s nothing like chopping red potatoes and breading tofu (with oatmeal, parmesan, and oregano) as you’re dancing around the kitchen like a nut.
Here’s the result (of the food, not my dancing ; )
It was a lovely meal. The tofu was good, but the potatoes were exceptional.
I also had a small salad with field greens, canola oil, sea salt, and parmesan.
Dessert was some watermelon and bites of Breyer’s white chocolate ice cream when Dennis wasn’t looking.
Just call me sneaky.
Have a beautiful day!

Waka Waka?! going home to download that ASAP! that sounds like a cool song!!! you should video tape some of your dances and put them up!
